Private Intuitive Art Night - Booking & Pricing Guidelines
đź“Ś Event Details:
Private group art event for 10-50 guests
All supplies provided (aprons, paint, brushes, canvases, etc.)
Hosted at a location booked by the client
A creative and intuitive painting experience led by Othella
đź’° Pricing:
Flat rate for up to 10 guests: $495
Each additional guest (11-25 total): $35 per person
Larger groups (26-50 total): $30 per person (Discounted rate for bigger events)
Attendee No-Show will not be refunded.
đź“… Booking & Payment Policy:
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
Payment covers all materials, preparation, and facilitation of the event.
🚨 Cancellation & Refund Policy:
A 50% refund will be issued if canceled 7-13 days before the event.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
This policy is in place because all supplies are purchased 14 days prior to the event.
đź“Ť Client Responsibilities:
Clients are responsible for securing and booking their event location.
Event space must have tables and seating to accommodate all guests.
If food and beverages are served, clients must coordinate their own catering or refreshments.
The facilitator is not responsible for advertising the event. However, the business name Intuitive Art Nightand/or the website www.othellaonline.org may be used in promotional materials.

The facilitator is not responsible for any accidental spills, damage to clothing, or personal belongings.
The facilitator is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the event.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all guests understand that art supplies, including paint, may stain clothing or surfaces.
